long time and no typing. Gee the last time I entered it was 2 years ago and I was in a Internet cafe that does not exist now. I guess life gets in the way of the net.

Dear Ziggy,
I quoted a piece a poetry today at the art fest, that is as old as you are. The line I wrote about 26 yearsago goes: "Anything which is beautiful, is indeed a work of art. Bu alas, anything which is a work of art, is not necessisarily (sorry for th sp?) beautiful". I guess is is really an insight more than a poem. I like blogger. Dreams, Noran

Yeah, I turned 40 today, the day I have dreaded for months.I sit in an internet cafe in Chicago, with my loving husband and best friend beside me. He drug me out of my cave (really a cozy, warm bed), and with ahome madebirthday card, inticed me to enjoy the day. We have finished touring the coyote art festival here in Wicker Park.It was fun and enlightiening. We came to the cafe and my husband introduced me to blogger.com, so here I am. It is not turning40 that is my problem, so much I have never cared for my date of birth. My grandfather Gruszka and my aunt Myrna were buried on previous birthdays. It is hard to be "happy" on a day with such sad memories. Yet, my best friend (the husband I mentioned) has strived to make this day, well in fact this weekend as fun and full of adventure as possible for me. That is love, that is caring, that is MY Michael! I love him more each day. I anyone reads this, thanks for the moment of your precious time! :)
